Xtreme Comedy Nights presents before you, a fun night-out with some of the funniest stand-up comedians in the country and beyond. Get ready for a heavy dose of laughter. These comedians here will make sure that everyone have had your fair share of laughs and giggles.
Sanjay Manaktala, born in the US, he recently came back to India as his job got outsourced and continued his comedic endeavors in the process. A techie at heart who grew up worrying about his first girlfriend, first job and first everything that came after, he likes to poke fun at life's big problems in a small way. Mostly clean and mostly English (since he doesn't know much Hindi), he has become one of the brightest comics in the country. He also has over a million views on his YouTube channel and performs at all the big clubs in the country.
Ahmed Shariff has appeared on NDTV's Rising Stars of Comedy several times and has performed all over India. Ahmed made his debut in show business at the tender age of 5, when he played the role of a tree in a kindergarten school play. Critics described his acting as wooden and Ahmed took it as a compliment. A health freak, rationalist, poet and perfectionist, he started comedy in mid-2011. (Spend one year in IT sales, you will be desperate enough to try anything too!)
Kritarth Srinivasan, 50% Tamilian, 50% Malayali. In other words, 100% confused. He found his calling and love for stand-up comedy after a brief stint with engineering. He brings energy and charisma to the stage and loves making fun of everything under the sun.
Siddharth Bannerjee realised that he had a flair for comedy when he graduated in economics and started writing research reports. The natural progression towards stand-up comedy happened after he got married. His wife morally supports his stand-up comedy career, by not attending his shows. Sid has been in the comedy circuit since 2011 having performed all across India and in Australia. He won the Raw Comedy Fest Bangalore as part of Oz Fest and also the Stand Up and Bajao contest held by RedFM. Sid was the runner up in Punchline Stand Up Comedy Contest in Bangalore and Chennai.
"Stayed at the amazing Jungle Wood Resort in Coorg, literally in the middle of a Jungle. The house is a 200 year old house managed by a family who has been running this for years. The silence, peace and 'no phone service' makes you feel so connected to the nature. Highly recommended if you just wanna run away! Huge shoutout to @townista. This was my first #TownistaTrip. Brilliantly arranged and such a hassle free experience. Much recommended if you are planning your next trip."
"It really saved me time and effort. Had amazing time with my friends. Much needed break."
"Loved Townista package. Everything was perfectly arranged. Felt personal."
