We will be meeting every week, from 31st August till 28th September, tentatively 10:30 am - 12 noon. The duration of each session will vary, but you will be informed in advance.
We also offer an optional consultation (at an additional contribution) for the family members so that the whole family understands the science behind this lifestyle.
