Escape the similar heritage-themed photowalk offered by Delhi with a trip to Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary. Located 50kms outside Delhi at Sultanpur, the bird sanctuary is a popular national park ideal for birding. Home to more than 250 bird species, the area is rich in flora and fauna. Apart from the native birds such as purple sunbird, little cormorant, white-throated kingfisher and spot billed duck living in the park, the region is swarmed with migratory birds such as Siberian cranes, greater flamingo and yellow wagtail in winters.
