Signature dishes include Tom Yum Kai – an aromatic, thin, spicy and sour chicken soup blended with Thai spices; Bi Kaeng Kung – succulent prawns perfectly marinated with curry leaf and hot chili Thai sauce; Pattaya seafood cakes – an aromatic seafood gallets, crumbed & deep fried; Pu Kab Phrik – a very popular Thai dish prepared with crabs, tossed in a chilli garlic basil sauce; Thai Pla Kaeng – a traditional fish delicacy cooked in coconut milk sauce and Thai spiced spinach and Bi Kaeng Kung – a lip-smacking Thai preparation made with curry leaves & prawns.
