People who wish to explore "good" food through the miracle grains - that are millets! For generations, millets was the staple food for millions in our country. Since the "green revolution", they have been neglected in favour of wheat and rice even though millets provide much more nutrition in terms of complex carbohydrates, protein, minerals and
fibre. And unlike rice and wheat, millets are planet-friendly as well, requiring little or no use of fertilizers, pesticides or intensive irrigation.
