About

Bangalore's Mayo Hall is one of the most magnificent historic structures in the city, built in memory of Lord Mayo, the fourth viceroy of India. It is now home to numerous departments of BMP. As you make your way through the structure, you'll pass by artistically framed pictures of British nobility as well as some of the most distinguished individuals of that period. The interior decor's nothing short of exquisite, with chandelier and furnishings representing colonial architecture at its finest. Standing firm atop a hill, Mayo Hall offers a breathtaking panoramic view that covers the Parade grounds, Ulsoor Lake, the football ground, the race Course and the brigade grounds in the south.
