About

Known as the ‘Mother Temple’ of the Indian subcontinent, this stunningly designed shrine is a platform open to all, regardless of religion. Built in the year 1986, this Iranian-based architectural work has today become a prominent attraction, with a footfall of over 8000-10,000 visitors per day. The striking Lotus shape design built in pure white marble is a depiction of peace and prosperity. This Baha’i house of worship has won honors, for both its structural beauty and admirable intention behind the construction.

More than 300 Happy travellers

"Stayed at the amazing Jungle Wood Resort in Coorg, literally in the middle of a Jungle. The house is a 200 year old house managed by a family who has been running this for years. The silence, peace and 'no phone service' makes you feel so connected to the nature. Highly recommended if you just wanna run away! Huge shoutout to @townista. This was my first #TownistaTrip. Brilliantly arranged and such a hassle free experience. Much recommended if you are planning your next trip."
