Synopsis:Amidst rampant opium cultivation and drug abuse in Eastern in Arunachal Pradesh in North East India, Basamlu Kisikro engages opium growers into shifting to green tea, Tewa Manpoong supports fellow
addicts into rehabilitation and Uncle Moosa spreads the joy of reading amongst children.
About the Director: Ramchandra PN is a 1991 graduate from the ‘Film and TV Institute of India’. Over the years, he has been making documentaries, features, short films and TV programs. His first feature ‘Suddha’ (The Cleansing Rites) won him the Best Indian Film at the Osian Cinefan Festival of Asian Films, New Delhi, India in 2006 and an exhibition grant from ‘Hubart Bals Fund’, Netherlands.
