Jin Shin Jyutsu® Physio Philosophy is a gentle healing Art that aims at restoring harmony and balance to the life force energy. Discovered in the last 100 years, it is now increasingly being used as a complement to conventional medicine particularly in the US and Europe. The techniques have also been used in Heart Transplant, Oncology, Post Operative Care and ICU. The study and practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu® goes beyond techniques and into the Art of Being and Living.

Practioner and Self Help Teacher since 2008, Reshma loves sharing her passion & love of this form of Self Help that has been an invaluable gift to her. Her classes are focused on helping create awareness and bridging the gap between psyche and soma. "All You need are your own two hands".

How body's symptoms are "messengers" urging us to correct course and asking us for help.
