A workshop by Drushti Patel, a Fitness Trainer practicing different forms of workout methods like - Yoga (Both Ashtang Yoga as well as Power Yoga), Pilates, Meditation, Aerobics, Kickboxing, Cardio, Swimming and many more.
The topics for the session will be:
Part I - Introduction to the world of fitness.
PART II - Listening to our body and correcting our habits and postures.
PART III - Clubbing Fitness with the healthy diet is a must to a stronger and skinnier YOU!
PART IV - Different forms of workout for different age group. A mix and match of Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Cardio, Kickboxing, Swimming, Trekking and a lot more.
PART V - Show Off time - some moves and yoga poses for people to see, admire and try for themselves.
PART VI - Question & Answer session.
PART VII - Personalized Fitness & Diet Plan format.
