About

Get an introduction to the potter's wheel. Learn how to work with clay - to shape it, roll it, pinch it and add texture, to create fun objects such as animal heads, vegetables and simple vessels. Clay Station is an initiative to promote pottery as a hobby in India. They offer recreational options to learn and practice clay modeling and pottery for all age groups through their workshops and training programs.

GoInTheCity enables you to discover local experiences created and hosted by local experts. We are on a mission to connect you to locals who can provide insights about the city that you will never get without having a local connection.

This experience is hosted by Clay Station - a Bangalore-based creative clay studio, for the experienced, aspiring and recreational potter. A collective of enthusiastic artists, Clay Station grew out of our infectious passion for the art form. In our effort to share the therapeutic and creative joys of clay, we try our best to make pottery as accessible to you as possible.

More than 300 Happy travellers

"Stayed at the amazing Jungle Wood Resort in Coorg, literally in the middle of a Jungle. The house is a 200 year old house managed by a family who has been running this for years. The silence, peace and 'no phone service' makes you feel so connected to the nature. Highly recommended if you just wanna run away! Huge shoutout to @townista. This was my first #TownistaTrip. Brilliantly arranged and such a hassle free experience. Much recommended if you are planning your next trip."
