Built by Rev Garrett, the palace was renovated and completed in 1944. The ground floor consists of an open courtyard with fluorescent tiles. The place ballroom hosts many private parties while the sprawling grounds surrounding the palace are used for holding public events including music concerts.
When you visit the place don’t forget to check out some of the other attractions include a dining table belonging to the Diwan of Mysore, Sir Mirza Ismail. This table contains a pearl inlay with Chinese lacquer work.
