If you could transform your school into anything you wanted, what would it be like? Hogwarts? Camp Half-Blood? Or something entirely different? Join writer and children's book reviewer Bijal Vachharajani in conversation with Mathangi Subramanian about her new novel, Dear Mrs. Naidu, a story about how a 12-year-old Bangalorean girl transforms her school - and, in the process, her whole community.
Bios: When Bijal Vachharajani is not reading Harry Potter, she can be found looking for tigers in the jungles of India. In her spare time, she works so she could fund the trips and those expensive Potter books. She does this by working with Fairtrade India and writing about kid-lit. Before this she was the editor of Time Out Bengaluru. https://bijalvv.wordpress.com/about/

"Stayed at the amazing Jungle Wood Resort in Coorg, literally in the middle of a Jungle. The house is a 200 year old house managed by a family who has been running this for years. The silence, peace and 'no phone service' makes you feel so connected to the nature. Highly recommended if you just wanna run away! Huge shoutout to @townista. This was my first #TownistaTrip. Brilliantly arranged and such a hassle free experience. Much recommended if you are planning your next trip."
"It really saved me time and effort. Had amazing time with my friends. Much needed break."
