The workshop will be a dynamic sequence of standing, sitting, balancing, twisting with a strong emphasis on inversion asanas to bring balance in the body and mind.
Day 1 :
The focus is on fundamental standing asanas, seated poses, twisting, balancing- both arm balances and one legged balancing and inversions. Arm balancing poses typically build strength in arms, legs and the core muscles and helps sharpen mental focus.
For people of any age, weight bearing postures are useful for strengthening and maintaining bone health.
